Shipping Policy for In Stock Items and Completed Orders
- It takes 3-5 working days to process orders that show in stock on our website, depending how long the bank transfer take to reflect.
- You will receive an updated email on Your order with the tracking number of the courier as soon as the order is dispatched.
- Our Courier Company are takes about 3 to 5 working days to deliver parcels and they only work from Monday to Friday, only in regional areas it might take longer as they then outsource Our Courier.
- We outsource our courier services for delivery through DSV and You welcome to track Your order on their website. Please note that it could take 24-48 hours to show on their respective websites so that you can track your parcel. their own T & C’s apply for delivery.
- We unfortunately do not refund any orders once payment has been made into specified account. Please see Damaged Items and Returns and Exchange Policy below.
Although we take utmost care with shipment, if any damage should occur during shipment, please notify your agent, or head office immediately after receiving your order via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, otherwise we cannot replace it. Once inspected by us and found to be damaged or defect we will replace item. Shipping costs to and from us for replacement of damaged or defect items will be covered by us.
Returns and Exchange Policy

- Items may be returned for an Exchange or Credit Note.
- Please send a notification email about intended return or exchange upon receipt of item to email@example.com
- Item must be returned within 3 days of receipt of item.
- Shipping costs of return or exchange item is the liability of the purchaser.
- Shipping fee is not included in the credit note.
- Credit note will be issued if item has been received in its original condition, unworn with tags still attached.
- Credits are valid for 2 months as of day of issue.
